In respect of taking your company public.
A plain account of the work Pioneer does, set out the way we'd set it out in an engagement letter — not a features list.
Pioneer works across the full arc of going public — from an honest first read of where your company stands, through the years of preparation most advisors skip, to the listing itself. What follows is set out as six schedules, the way the work is actually scoped once we sit down together.
IPO Readiness Assessment
An eligibility check across financial and compliance parameters — so you know exactly where you stand before anything else begins.
- (a)Financial track record review against exchange norms
- (b)Governance and board-structure gap check
- (c)A written readiness note, not a verbal opinion
Valuation & Compliance
Fair, defensible business valuation paired with regulatory alignment across SEBI and exchange requirements.
- (a)Valuation methodology suited to your sector
- (b)Private-to-public structural conversion planning
- (c)Related-party exposure review
DRHP & SEBI Filing
Document drafting and filing management handled end-to-end, coordinated closely with your merchant banker.
- (a)DRHP drafting coordination
- (b)SEBI and exchange filing management
- (c)Query resolution through to observation letter
Investor Positioning
A narrative and pitch built for institutional trust — so your story lands with the investors who matter.
- (a)Equity story and positioning narrative
- (b)Roadshow and investor-meeting preparation
NSE Emerge / BSE SME Listing
End-to-end listing execution support, from subscription through to the day your company actually lists.
- (a)Subscription-period coordination
- (b)Listing-day support and post-listing compliance handover
Why the engagement is scoped the way it is
Only a short list of mandates run at a time, roughly three a year, so each one gets founder-level attention rather than being handed down a pipeline.
Work typically begins 24 months before DRHP filing, because governance and related-party issues take real time to fix — not a fortnight.
Readiness is checked against the actual norms — SEBI ICDR, LODR, exchange eligibility criteria — not a general impression of "IPO-readiness."
The practice is CA-led, not generalist-led. Accounting and regulatory rigour come first; capital-markets strategy is built on top of that.
Start with the Readiness Assessment
A written, honest diagnostic of where your company stands against SME and mainboard listing norms — the first schedule, before any longer engagement is discussed.
